SAMSUNG EXCLAIM M550



The Samsung Exclaim is a dual-slider messaging device that hides both a numeric keypad and a full QWERTY keyboard in its 1.8cm thick form factor. With its 2.0-megapixel camera, the handset allows users to capture images and share them with friends and family via MMS or email, or share the photos through social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and MySpace. The Exclaim M550 supports messaging functions such as SMS, EMS, MMS and email (with support for POP3/IMAP4/SMTP protocols), and allows users to chat via AOL, Windows Live or Yahoo! instant messaging applications. The mobile phone also supports T9 predictive text functions, a 600 entry phonebook, calendar, to-do list, WAP2.0 with Live Search, voice commands and a calculator. Users can also use the Bluetooth®2.0 connectivity to synchronise the phone with compatible devices such as a PC, another phone or a headset with its supports for A2DP, AVRC, HFP, HSP and OPP profiles. The M550 features cdma2000 1xEV-DO high speed data transfer rates that allows users to download contents into the phone, GPS navigation with Sprint Navigation support that provide users with turn-by-turn navigation and helps them pin-point their location, and wireless backup PC synchronization that lets users update data on the phone with a PC.
